Maria is a modern fantasy romance set in Chicago. The titular character, Maria Autumn Quincy, is fairly regular as trans librarians go, until an aloof and alluring stranger named Selena Troy whisks her into a world she could never have known existed. She falls in love, of course, but along the way learns much more about her city, her father, and herself.
